Machine Monitoring System
At the heart of the system is a monitor board which has both analogue and digital inputs which are used to collect information
from the machine being monitored. These allow machine functions to be detected, and parameters such as pressure and temperature
values to be monitored.

The board has a standard ethernet connection which allows the unit to connect to existing networks, and it has an inbuilt
web server, through which data can be accessed as well as configuration data set.
Example Application
We have designed a system to monitor the production on plastics moulding machinery. The monitor boards are attached inside the
control panels of the machines, and send process information to the central company network. Staff can now progress jobs from their
internal production system, without having to leave their desks. The system also allows them to quickly identify any machine
parameters that are outside of a pre-determined scope, which can identify quality issues, and also machine maintenance issues.
